89dk Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 89dk platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, live casino, promotional programmes, and any associated services — you ("the User") confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 89dk.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the 89dk platform and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of the platform after any amendments have been communicated constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the 89dk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 89dk.

To register and maintain an account on the 89dk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 89dk platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. No exceptions are made to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal structures may not register accounts on the 89dk platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period, whether initiated by you or imposed by 89dk, that remains in effect at the time of registration or continued use.
• You must register with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or verification process constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial operation.

89dk does not knowingly permit minors to use its platform. If you become aware that a minor has accessed or registered on the 89dk platform using false information, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We take such reports seriously and will investigate and act promptly.

Each eligible individual may hold one and only one registered account on the 89dk platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

When registering your 89dk account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and for notifying 89dk of any changes by contacting [email protected].

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 89dk strongly recommends that all users:

• Use a unique, strong password not used on any other platform or service
• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) via account settings
• Never share account credentials with any third party under any circumstances
• Log out of their account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices
• Contact support immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account

89dk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 89dk and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

All financial transactions on the 89dk platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 89dk does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply their own service charges independent of 89dk.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 89dk does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated 89dk account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into your 89dk account and that is registered in your own name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players. 89dk reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposit and withdrawal methods. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your 89dk account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at 89dk's discretion, with notice provided to affected account holders where practicable.

89dk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the time of each offer. The general principles governing all 89dk bonuses are set out below. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated period will be automatically forfeited without further notice.
• Game contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all toward bonus wagering. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Attempting to activate a second bonus while one is already active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses at 89dk's discretion.
• Bonus abuse: 89dk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and any form of coordinated bonus exploitation. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. 89dk reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Seasonal promotions tied to BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) are offered to active 89dk account holders subject to the specific terms published alongside each seasonal event. These promotions are time-limited and availability is not guaranteed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89dk platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, cancellation of all pending bets and bonus balances, and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of the violation.

89dk reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct to the relevant authorities. Such reports may be made without prior notice to the account holder concerned, and 89dk is under no obligation to disclose that a report has been made.

All content on the 89dk platform — including but not limited to the 89dk brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 89dk or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 89dk platform for your personal entertainment purposes only, subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 89dk platform without express prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the 89dk platform
• Use the 89dk brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property in any context — including social media, websites, or printed materials — without prior written authorisation
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 89dk website on any other website or application

Game content available on the 89dk platform is provided under licence from third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those game titles remain with their respective owners. 89dk makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

The 89dk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 89dk makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, security, and game integrity, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89dk shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions
• Loss or corruption of data, including account balance data, bet history, or transaction records
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary loss or damage, however caused
• Technical failures in third-party payment processing services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking partner
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Inaccuracies in live betting odds or match data supplied by third-party data providers

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit 89dk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either you or 89dk may initiate closure of your 89dk account. The process and consequences differ depending on the reason for closure, as set out below.

Voluntary closure by the player: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 89dk support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Closure for responsible gaming reasons: If you wish to close your account as part of a self-exclusion or cooling-off request, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and may be set for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be permitted to register a new account on the 89dk platform.

Suspension or closure by 89dk: 89dk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of request
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure

Where an account is closed by 89dk due to a breach of these terms, any funds held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. 89dk will provide written notification of such forfeiture and the reasons for it to the email address registered on the account.

89dk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a 89dk account holder — we will provide advance notice via the email address registered on your account and by displaying a prominent notice on the 89dk platform for a period of not less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details) may be made without advance notice, though the updated document will always carry a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 89dk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law as they pertain to online entertainment platforms. 89dk makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh, and accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh is done at the user's own risk and is subject to the laws of the user's local jurisdiction.
